I just listened to this and it's definitely quite fascinating. I am no expert in that field so I couldn't even begin to hypothesize what these audible tones could possibly be. They could be ETE radio signals, but I see this as highly improbable, since any advanced race would have technology that far surpassed radio wave tech, and also hiding them in rings seems to have no purpose, if looked at superficially. However, of course we can never rule such a possibility out, or else that would make us biased to a predisposed judgment concerning such a fascinating piece of data. Whatever it is, it makes you appreciate the multiverse that much more.

its weird huh? I mean if u put the sound really loud, It does REALLY really seem like someone is speaking.

Maybe. It's always a possibility. I hope we know more about this and they study this more in the near future so that we have more info.
